Provide overall strategic direction and leadership for Beyond Bars, Lead relationships with government, funders and key partners • Approve annual workplans, budgets and programme priorities • Oversee organisational performance, risk and safeguarding • Support talent development and wellbeing of the core team

Translate strategy into detailed programme plans and timelines • Coordinate and monitor all programmes and projects • Supervise Admin & Finance and Project Executives • Liaise with prison authorities / partners • Consolidate data and updates for management and donor reporting

Handle daily finance tasks (payments, petty cash, basic bookkeeping) • Track project budgets and flag variances • Maintain administrative records (contracts, HR files, insurance, vendors) • Coordinate procurement and logistics (quotations, purchases, travel) • Support preparation of financial information for donors and auditors

Project Executive

Coordinate assigned programmes / cohorts from planning to completion • Manage participant lists, attendance and on-ground logistics • Liaise with prison officers / partners on day-to-day implementation • Collect data, feedback and basic M&E information • Prepare simple progress updates, photos and stories for reports
